Mark is a counsel in our Dispute & Investigations team. He specialises in corporate law with a strong focus on corporate disputes and corporate litigation, and he has considerable experience in international commercial dispute resolution, including in arbitration.

Mark has over nine years of experience in various types of litigation and dispute resolution, including shareholders’ disputes, directors’ and supervisors’ liability and post M&A discussions. He has also advised on a wide variety of international commercial litigation and arbitration, and regularly advises management boards, supervisory boards and shareholders regarding rights, obligations and strategy in contentious situations.

For his clients, Mark is easily accessible and approachable. He has an eye for the interests of his clients and is able to get to the core of a legal problem quickly. Although litigation is his core business, Mark always tries to find common ground to reach an amicable solution which is also in the best interest of his client.
