Katja Busuladžic is Associate in the Amsterdam Corporate practice and specialises in M&A, including private equity investments. She advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as other financial investors and corporates, on a wide range of matters including joint ventures, corporate governance and compliance with public company rules and regulations. Katja gained further experience in cross-border M&A during her secondment to the private equity team of the London Corporate practice in 2018. She was also seconded to clients in 2017 and 2019, where she advised on a wide range of corporate governance matters in listed context.
